Ormat Technologies Inc. has been notified that it is not in compliance with NYSE's continued listing requirements for failing to file its Form 10-Q for the first quarter in a timely manner.
The company has up to six months from May 16 to file the Form 10-Q and regain compliance, according to a Form 8-K filed May 18. NYSE, at its sole discretion, may grant an additional six-month extension, depending on the specific circumstances.
Ormat had said it was restating its financial statements for 2017 because of errors in income tax provision and was further delaying the filing of its Form 10-Q for the first quarter.
Ormat shares closed at $53.32 on May 17.
