ORIX's South Korean unit issues 30B won of notes

ORIX Corp.'s South Korean unit, ORIX Capital Korea Corp., issued 30 billion South Korean won of unsecured notes.

The company issued 10 billion won of two-year and 20 billion won of three-year notes.

The two-year notes bear a coupon of 1.962% per year and will mature Jan. 18, 2019. The three-year notes carry a coupon of 2.143% per year and will mature Jan. 20, 2020.

As of Jan. 19, US$1 was equivalent to 1,178.55 South Korean won.
