Trifacta Software Inc. raised $100 million from new and existing investors in a recent funding round.
The new investors include Telstra Ventures Pty. Ltd., Energy Impact Partners LLC, NTT Docomo Ventures Inc., BMW i Ventures and ABN AMRO Bank NV's Digital Impact Fund. Existing backers, including Accel Partners, Cathay Capital Pvt. Equity-managed Cathay Innovation Fund, Google Ventures, now known as GV, Greylock Partners, Ignition Partners, and Infosys Ltd., provided additional funding.
The San Francisco-based company will use the capital to drive adoption of its data wrangling platform and to advance its foray into new geographies, verticals and product areas.
