Ellington Financial terminates agreements related to common stock offering

Ellington Financial Inc. announced that it was terminating the equity distribution agreements, dated April 3, 2019, for the sale of up to $150 million of the firm's common stock.

JPM Secruities LLC, B. Riley FBR and Landenburg Thalmann served as agents of the at-the-market equity offering program.

Additionally, the firm reported that it had not sold any shares of the common stock under this program.
