U.K.-based NatWest Markets PLC issued international bonds totaling €1 billion, Cbonds reported.
The fixed-rate notes, which mature May 28, 2024, carry a coupon of 1%.
Banco Santander, Crédit Agricole CIB, ING Wholesale Banking London, RBS and ABN Amro acted as the book runners on the issuance.
