S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a daily roundup of management and board changes at financial institutions in Europe. This feature excludes C-level leadership changes and previously reported stories.

UBS Group

UBS Group AG's managing director of equities division, Richard Semark, departed the Swiss lender Dec. 19, the Financial News reported, citing two people familiar with the matter.

Bank of America

Bank of America Corp. appointed Matt Cannon to be head of investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg News.

Cannon, who was co-head of investment banking for the U.K. and Ireland, will replace Luigi Rizzo, who has decided to leave the U.S. lender, according to the sources.

Rizzo also served as head of European corporate and investment banking and Bank of America will decide on a replacement for that role in the near future, the sources added.

Citigroup

Citigroup Inc. named Karolina Burmeister country head for Finland, as part of the U.S. bank's plans to expand in the Nordic region, the Financial News reported, citing a statement from the lender.

Burmeister replaces Brodie Donaldson, who is set to move to another role, according to the report.
