AT&T prices tender offers for 53 series of notes

AT&T Inc. priced its offers to purchase for cash 53 series of outstanding notes.

Holders will receive accrued and unpaid interest on the notes accepted for purchase from the last interest payment date for such notes to the date AT&T makes payment for such notes, which is anticipated to be Dec. 19.

The offers are scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 16.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the joint-lead dealer managers for the offers.
