Barrick Gold declares Q4 dividend of 7 cents per share

Barrick Gold Corp. said Dec. 17 that, in line with its previous announcement, it will distribute a fourth-quarter dividend of 7 U.S. cents per share, bringing up its annual dividend to 16 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid Jan. 14, 2019.

Following the close of its blockbuster merger with Randgold Resources Ltd., which was approved by the Royal Court of Jersey on the same day, the new Barrick Gold will pay a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share, starting with the first quarter dividend to be paid out in April 2019.
