Four Corners Property Trust splits due dates of $400M term loan

Four Corners Property Trust Inc. and its operating unit amended a $400 million term loan due Nov. 9, 2022, to extend the maturity dates of portions of the facility.

The single-tenant net-lease real estate investment trust said $150 million of the term loan will still mature Nov. 9, 2022, while $150 million will mature Nov. 9, 2023, and $100 million will come due March 9, 2024.

JPMorgan Chase Bank NA was the administrative agent under the amended facility.
