New State Capital Partners buys majority stake in Mako Steel

Private investment firm New State Capital Partners LLC acquired a majority stake in Mako Steel Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Upon completion of the deal, Mako Steel's CEO Caesar Wright will continue in his role along with James Bartnick and Robert Lesko as vice presidents.

Carlsbad, Calif.-based Mako Steel offers construction and engineering services to the commercial storage sector.

CoveView Advisors served as financial adviser, and Morgan Lewis acted as legal adviser to New State Capital Partners.
