Santander UK issues €750M in floating-rate bonds

Santander UK Group Holdings Plc issued €750 million in bonds, Investopoli reported March 21.

The notes, which will mature March 27, 2024, carry a floating-rate coupon equivalent to the three-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.850%.

Banco Santander, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale served as book runners on the deal, according to a same-day Cbonds report.

Spain-based Banco Santander SA is the parent of Santander UK Group Holdings.
