HSBC Bank (Singapore) names 2 new directors

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Ltd. named Penny Goh and Josh Bottomley as directors on its board, The Business Times reported Aug. 14, citing the bank.

Goh, who is currently co-chairman and senior partner of law firm Allen & Gledhill, will serve as an independent director on the board.

Bottomley currently serves as HSBC Holdings PLC's global head of digital, retail banking and wealth management.
