Asia Plus Group raises FY'16 dividend, names director

Asia Plus Group Holdings PCL proposed raising its dividend for 2016 and increasing the number of directors on its board.

The company said March 17 that it plans to pay a dividend of 29.93 satang per share for 2016, up from 24 satang per share for 2015.

The dividend is payable May 15 to shareholders of record as of March 9.

Further, the company proposed increasing the number of directors to nine from eight and named Pithayain Assavanig as a new director. Assavanig is CFO of the company.

The proposals are subject to shareholders' approval.

As of Mar 16, US$1 was equivalent to 34.89 Thai baht.
