Corporacion de Finanzas del Pais plans $1M debt offering

Panama-based Corporacion de Finanzas del Pais SA on March 22 plans to offer $1 million in one-year revolving negotiable commercial securities.

The series AF notes, to be issued March 25, carry an interest rate of 5.5%, payable monthly. The bonds will mature March 20, 2019, according to a regulatory filing.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital purposes.

The notes are part of an existing program for negotiable commercial securities worth up to $30.0 million.
