China Life Insurance lowers FY'16 final dividend

China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. lowered its final dividend for the year ended Dec. 31, 2016.

The insurer declared a final dividend of 24 fen per share for 2016, compared to 42 fen per share for the prior year.

The dividend is payable Aug. 4 to H shareholders of record as of June 15, according to a Form 6-K filed May 31.

As of May 31, US$1 was equivalent to 6.82 Chinese yuan.
