DarioHealth sells securities to investors

DarioHealth Corp., an Israeli digital health company, said March 6 that it sold some of its securities to non-U.S. investors.

The company sold 2,262,269 common shares at $1.40 each plus another 1,234,080 series C preferred stocks at $2.80 apiece.

The preferred stocks can be converted into 2,468,160 common shares based on a conversion price of $1.40 per share.

Investors also received warrants to buy up to 3,784,351 common shares of the company at $1.80 each at a future date.
