Advantage Lithium Corp. said April 6 that a regional drill program has started at its Neptune lithium project in Nevada, which is a joint venture with Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp.
As part of the program, one borehole will be drilled to a depth of about 610 meters and will follow up on the results of the 2016 lithium brine drill program carried out by Nevada Sunrise at the project.
Advantage Lithium said it plans to drill other boreholes at its Jackson Wash, Aquarius and Gemini projects in Nevada in the coming months.
Neptune is the subject of an earn-in agreement between Nevada Sunrise and Advantage Lithium, under which the latter can earn a 50% interest in the project by spending C$700,000 over a three-year period.
