Vivint Solar subsidiary prices $466M note offerings

Vivint Solar Financing V LLC priced an offering of $466 million of solar asset-backed notes, series 2018-1, according to a June 5 filing.

The Vivint Solar Inc. subsidiary is offering $400 million of 4.73% class A notes and $66 million of 7.37% class B notes to qualified institutional buyers. Both notes have an anticipated repayment date of Oct. 30, 2028.

The sale of the notes is expected to close on June 11, subject to customary closing conditions.
