Indonesia's WOM Finance issues up to 800B rupiah of bonds

PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk issued up to 800 billion rupiah of bonds in two tranches, IDNFinancials reported June 6.

WOM Finance issued 275 billion rupiah of bonds with a coupon of 7.35%, maturing June 18, 2019. It also issued 57.5 billion of bonds with a coupon of 8.6%, maturing June 8, 2021.

A further 467.5 billion rupiah will be guaranteed in the best or on a best effort basis. The offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange will launch June 20.

The issuance is part of the Indonesian company's plan to raise 4.5 trillion rupiah through the issuance of bonds.

As of June 6, US$1 was equivalent to 13,852 Indonesian rupiah.
