Frasers Commercial Trust said Tricia Whay Teng Yeo will serve as CFO designate of Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd., effective May 29.

Yeo's appointment is part of Chew Chiu Shan's resignation as financial controller of the company to assume more responsibilities in the bigger Frasers Centrepoint Ltd. group.

Yeo, who will fully assume the new role Aug. 1, will manage the accounting, capital management and financial reporting functions of the manager and the trust, according to a filing. Prior to her appointment, she was the head of real estate, investment banking and advisory at Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd.
