Beverly Hills, Calif., site up for sale with $110M price tag

A 120-acre site, dubbed The Enchanted Hill, in Beverly Hills, Calif., is up for sale for $110 million, Bloomberg News reported.

The undeveloped site that was owned by the late Microsoft Corp. co-founder Paul Allen was previously on the block in 2018 for $150 million, Bloomberg added.

The site has five flat lots that could be used for a single-family home, the news outlet reported, citing Jesse Lally of brokerage Hilton & Hyland. The land could also be subdivided for up to 15 homes.
