Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending ups credit facility to $650M

Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. increased the aggregate commitments under its revolving credit facility to $650 million with BNP Paribas' agreement to provide a $50 million commitment through the accordion feature in the facility.

The accordion feature of the revolving credit facility would allow Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending, under certain circumstances, to increase the total size of the facility to a maximum of $800 million.

SunTrust Bank is the administrative agent for the facility.
