In UK, female employees at JPMorgan get paid 26% less than male colleagues

JPMorgan Chase & Co. disclosed that its female employees in the U.K. earn 26% less than male colleagues.

In addition, female employees in the U.K. get bonuses that are 41% lower than bonuses of male employees, according to the company's U.K. gender pay gap reporting, required by new legislation that took effect in April 2017.

JPMorgan's "raw calculation" of its gender pay gap in the U.K. disclosure does not account tenure, position, role or location, but rather "reflects the representation of men and women in senior roles."

As previously reported in February, JPMorgan disclosed that women in its global workforce are paid 99% of what men are paid.
