Medical device company Integrity Applications Inc. said John Graham resigned as the company's CEO and chairman due to personal reasons, effective Oct. 31.
Integrity Applications' board had previously named Graham as CEO and director of the company and its unit A.D. Integrity Applications Ltd. in March 2017.
Israel-based Integrity Applications also said that it had appointed David Podwalski as president and COO of the company, effective Oct. 9.
Podwalski, who was named as the company's chief commercial officer in June 2017, will also serve on the board, effective Oct. 31.
Meanwhile, Graham will continue with his executive role to ensure a seamless transition of his duties.
Before joining Integrity Applications in 2017, Podwalski served at Ernst & Young as a senior consultant and subject matter expert for the life sciences field.
Integrity Applications is a healthcare equipment company, which designs, develops, and markets non-invasive glucose monitoring devices for use by people suffering from diabetes and pre-diabetics.
