Ally Financial prices 2 senior unsecured notes offerings

Ally Financial Inc. on May 28 priced its two offerings of senior unsecured notes due May 15, 2022, and May 15, 2024.

The notes due 2022 have an aggregate principal amount of about $1.5 million and will pay interest at 3.600%, while the notes due 2024 have a total principal amount of $231,000 and will pay interest at 3.750%. Both notes will make interest payments on a monthly basis, with the first payment to be made June 15.

The settle date of the notes is May 31.

Incapital LLC, Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are agents of the offerings.
