Dusit Thani Public Company Ltd said its normalized net income for the third quarter was a loss of 3 satang per share, compared with a loss of 6 satang per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of 29.3 million baht, compared with a loss of 53.2 million baht in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin rose to negative 2.5% from negative 4.9% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue increased 6.9% year over year to 1.17 billion baht from 1.10 billion baht, and total operating expenses totaled 1.18 billion baht, compared with 1.19 billion baht in the year-earlier period.
Reported net income totaled a loss of 40.1 million baht, or a loss of 5 satang per share, compared to a loss of 80.1 million baht, or a loss of 9 satang per share, in the year-earlier period.
