San Antonio, Texas,-based real estate firm Embrey Partners Ltd. sold Luxe at Mile High, an approximately 326,000-square-foot luxury apartment complex in Denver, to Delaware-listed OZH Holding 2 LLC for $145 million, the Denver Business Journal reported.

The 382-unit property at 3200 W. Colfax Ave. features both one- and two-bedroom apartments, the publication said, noting that construction was completed in 2017.
