Core Lithium grows resource at Finniss' Carlton deposit by 38%

Core Lithium Ltd. said March 12 that it increased resources at the Carlton deposit, part of the Finniss lithium project in Australia's Northern Territory, by 38% to 1.1 million tonnes at 1.3% lithium oxide, with 42% of the resource in the indicated category.

This has raised the global resource at Finniss to 8.85 million tonnes at 1.3% Li2O.

The company said it will also release an upgraded resource at the Hang Gong deposit and a new resource at Lees-Booths Link later this month. Resource and exploration drilling will continue to focus on resource expansion, when the current field season commences in the second quarter.
