Co-living provider Quarters secures $300M to fuel US expansion

Co-living provider Quarters secured $300 million from its parent company Medici Living and Ralph Winter's family office W5 Group to help it develop 1,300 units across the U.S. over the next three years.

Quarters recently raised €1 billion for the expansion of its European portfolio.

The $300 million investment program will target retrofits and new construction in cities including New York; Washington, D.C.; San Francisco; Los Angeles; Chicago; Boston; Philadelphia; Denver; Austin, Texas; Seattle; and Miami.
