Shangri-La Asia Ltd. units Shangri-La Hotel Ltd. and Howes Capital Ltd. established a US$4.00 billion euro medium-term note program, fully guaranteed by Shangri-La Asia.

Notes may be issued as bearer notes or registered notes, which are not exchangeable with each other.

The group plans to use any net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

DBS Bank Ltd. is acting as arranger and as a dealer, with United Overseas Bank Ltd. as an additional dealer for the offering.
