Hardey estimates 69,000-ounce maiden resource at Grace gold project

Hardey Resources Ltd. estimated a maiden inferred mineral resource for its Grace project in Western Australia of about 1.6 million tonnes at 1.35 g/t of gold for 69,000 contained ounces.

The project hosts an additional exploration target of between 2.2 million and 2.8 million tonnes at a grade of between 0.9 and 1.3 g/t of gold for a further 64,000 to 117,000 contained ounces of gold.

The resource estimate was carried out on a 1,140-meter strike length of a total strike length of 4,130 meters at the Grace project, and the mineral resource is open along strike and at depth.

The company plans to conduct heritage surveys on the project in April, it said Feb. 20.

In January, Hardey increased its landholding in Western Australia's Paterson Province by 1,594 square kilometers, complementing the Grace project.
