Two MGM Growth Properties LLC units are offering to fully exchange outstanding $750.0 million of 5.750% senior notes due 2027 that were issued in a private placement for new 5.750% senior notes due 2027.

The exchange offer will expire at 5:00 p.m. ET on Jan. 6, 2020, unless extended by MGM Growth Properties Operating Partnership LP and MGP Finance Co-Issuer Inc.
