Reliance Global unit signs letter of intent to acquire Medicare organization

U.S. Benefits Alliance, a subsidiary of Reliance Global Group Inc., has signed a letter of intent to acquire Platinum Benefit Advisors from its president, Brian Platte.

Platte is joining Reliance Global as vice president of Medicare sales to supervise the national business development and expansion of U.S. Benefits Alliance.

Platinum Benefit Advisors is a Medicare field marketing organization based in Michigan. It has Medicare agents in Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Michigan, Georgia and Texas.

Reliance Global Group affiliate Reliance Global Holdings LLC may execute the initial acquisition based on the completion timing of the SEC-compliant audits of the group. Reliance Global Group will then acquire the organization, awaiting the audit's completion.
