Westpac unit closes sale of international biz to Northill Capital

Australia's Westpac Banking Corp. said subsidiary Hastings Management Pty. Ltd. completed the sale of its international businesses to U.K.-based Northill Capital LLP.

The assets include Hastings' operations in the U.S., U.K. and Singapore, as well as the management of a diversified portfolio of infrastructure debt and equity assets across the U.S., U.K., Europe and Australia, which it manages on behalf of global institutional investors.

Hastings' Australian operations will remain with Westpac.
