Dmitry Tulin, a first deputy governor at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, will replace Deputy Governor Vasily Pozdyshev as head of the regulator's financial resolution and banking regulation departments.
Meanwhile, First Deputy Governor Ksenia Yudaeva will oversee the central bank's risk analysis department.
Pozdyshev, who oversees the central bank's risk analysis, inspection, banking regulation and financial recovery departments, was recently named chairman of the board of directors at the Management Company of the Banking Sector Consolidation Fund.
Pozdyshev will assume his new role at the beginning of 2020.
