Banco de Costa Rica extends interim deputy head's term for another 3 months

Banco de Costa Rica has once again extended the term of Álvaro Camacho de la O as interim deputy manager, this time for an additional three months.

Camacho will now remain in the position until Nov. 22 if the bank does not find a permanent replacement during the three months.

The bank tapped Camacho for the interim role in October 2018 after the resignation of Andrés Víquez Lizano; at the time, the appointment was made for four months, but his term has been renewed twice before this latest extension.
