Report: Paramount Group aims to sell Manhattan, NY, office tower for over $400M

Paramount Group Inc. is looking to sell its 36-story office tower at 900 Third Ave. in Midtown Manhattan, N.Y., for more than $400 million, Crain's New York Business reported.

The office real estate investment trust chose Cushman & Wakefield to market the property, according to the report.

In March 2017, the company reportedly tried selling a 49% stake in the property in a transaction that valued the tower at $500 million, but could not complete the deal.

A Paramount Group spokesperson declined to comment, the report added.
