Capital & Regional PLC's board recommended a final dividend of 1.91 pence per share, boosting the full-year 2017 dividend 7.4% year over year to 3.64 pence per share.

The amount will be paid May 16 to shareholders on record as of April 20.

The company had declared an interim dividend of 1.73 pence per share in August 2017 and said at the time that it expects its full-year 2017 dividend to fall at the top end of its expected 5% to 8% per annum growth range.
