VINCI's Cofiroute sells €750M in debt

Cofiroute SA, a subsidiary of French concessions and construction company VINCI SA, placed a €750 million bond due in October 2027 carrying an annual coupon of 1.125%.

The bond issue, part of the Euro medium-term note program, will be used for the unit's general purposes. The subsidiary said that the issue allows the company to take advantage of very good market conditions to continue to optimize the cost of its debt and lengthen its average debt maturity.

The joint book runners for the debt issue were CA-CIB, BBVA, HSBC, MUFG and UNICREDIT.
