Stockland to launch A$350M buyback of securities

Stockland plans to buy back up to A$350 million of its securities on issue as part of its active capital management strategy.

The Australia-listed diversified real estate investment trust said the buyback will run for up to 24 months starting Sept. 21, and the company intends to fund the on-market repurchases using existing facilities.
