BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Ltd. said that Li Jiuzhong resigned as chief risk officer and executive director of the company and its principal operating subsidiary, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd., effective March 15.

Li resigned from the role due to a change in job.
