Energy Absolute Public Company Ltd reported a first-half profit attributable to owners of the parent at 2.9 billion Thai baht, up from the 1.9 billion baht noted during the corresponding period in 2017.
Total revenues for the half were pegged at 6.8 billion baht, increasing from 5.6 billion baht in the corresponding period in 2017.
The company's manufacturing and distributing electricity from solar and wind power made up the bulk of its revenues. Total revenue for the half was pegged at 3.8 billion baht, up from the 3.3 billion baht seen during the second half of 2017.
The segment that manufactures and distributes pure glycerine products reported first-half revenues of 169 million baht, rising from the 107 million baht reported during the same period in 2017.
Revenues from the manufacturing and distribution of methyl ester biodiesel products declined. Total revenue for the half was reported at 1.7 billion baht, down from the 2.1 billion baht posted during the same period in 2017.
