Nordex producing Delta4000 turbines at German facility

Nordex SE on March 18 announced it has begun production of its Delta4000 turbines at its manufacturing plant in Rostock, Germany.

Nordex launched the Dela4000 series in September 2017, and said in a news release it has secured orders of more than 700 MW.

The Delta4000 series includes the N149/4.0-4.5 turbine designed specifically for light-wind regions and the N133/4.8 model designed for strong-wind sites.
