Barclays appoints head of Canadian financial institutions group

Barclays PLC appointed Jacquelyn Titus a managing director and head of its Canadian financial institutions group, effective Jan. 21.

Titus, who was previously a managing director at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., will be based in Toronto and report to Bruce Rothney, CEO and country head of Barclays Canada, and Tom Vandever, Barclays' head of financial institutions group for the Americas.
