Community Healthcare Trust Inc. is aiming to issue and sell up to $100.0 million in shares of its common stock in at-the-market offerings from time to time.

The healthcare real estate investment trust signed a sales agency agreement with Sandler O'Neill & Partners LP, Evercore Group LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., BB&T Capital Markets, Fifth Third Securities Inc. and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC.
