Kemper Corp. named Miguel Edwards chief information officer for its life and health division.
MetLife Inc. appointed Bill O'Donnell executive vice president and U.S. CFO. He will replace Marlene Debel, who will assume the roles of executive vice president and head of the insurer's retirement and income solutions business. Heather Bertellotti Phelps will serve as interim U.S. CFO until a new chief accounting officer is named, and will also continue as senior vice president and CFO for group benefits.

Hamilton Re Ltd. named Carol Redahan senior vice president, controller.
Ironshore Inc. appointed Lainie Dorneker as president of IronHealth, its healthcare professional liability unit. She assumed the role from Matthew Dolan, who was recently named the president of Ironshore's U.S. operations.
Eric Andersen, CEO of Aon Benfield Inc., and Michael O'Connor, CEO of Aon Risk Solutions, were appointed co-presidents of Aon PLC, effective May 15.
Molina Healthcare Inc. named James Woys executive vice president of health plan services.
Arch Capital Group Ltd. Executive Vice President and CFO Mark Lyons is leaving the company. He will become senior vice president and chief actuary for general insurance at American International Group Inc. François Morin will succeed Lyons as executive vice president and CFO, effective May 25.
Munich Reinsurance America Inc. appointed Sarina Puccio team leader for credit, surety and political risk in the reinsurance division. He will succeed Frank Bonner, who will retire after 40 years with the company.
Craig Smiddy, currently president and COO of Old Republic General Insurance Group Inc., was named president and COO of Old Republic International Corp. Smiddy succeeds R. Scott Rager, who was promoted to executive vice chairman of Old Republic International. Phillip Schutt was elevated to senior vice president and deputy chief investment officer for the management of Old Republic International's $13 billion portfolio of bonds and stocks.
XL Group Ltd., which agreed to be acquired by AXA, said several executives will step down after the deal closes.

Irina Buchmann was named AXA ART Americas Corp. president and CEO, effective May 1.

JLT Specialty USA appointed Kirk Bantz senior vice president.
NMI Holdings Inc. promoted COO Claudia Merkle to president. Patrick Mathis was also promoted to executive vice president of operations and information technology, while Rob Smith was elevated to executive vice president and chief risk officer.
Brian Griffin, the CEO of Anthem Inc.'s recently launched pharmacy benefit management business, IngenioRx, resigned. The company appointed Deepti Jain, the COO of IngenioRx, to lead the business, which is expected to become fully operational in 2020.
Aon PLC named Richard Schuyler as CEO of Aon Carrier Link, a new distribution channel linking participants to its network of local offices.
