Frasers Centrepoint Ltd.'s Frasers Hospitality Group is boosting its footprint in the Middle East and Africa with eight new developments as it seeks to capitalize on business and tourism growth in the two regions.
The recently launched 396-unit Fraser Suites West Bay Doha, which is the group's second operating property in Qatar, is the first of the eight developments to open. The group's other Middle Eastern operating properties include Fraser Suites Diplomatic Area Bahrain, Fraser Suites Seef Bahrain, Fraser Suites Doha and Fraser Suites Dubai.
Dubai will see two additional developments from the group: Fraser Suites Al Jadaf Dubai and Fraser Residence Al Jadaf Dubai. These properties are slated to open in 2019.
Frasers Hospitality is also debuting in Saudi Arabia with properties for development in Jeddah, Khobar and Riyadh.
Meanwhile, openings in Nigeria and the Republic of Congo will mark the unit's entry into Africa.
