MiFinanciera SA on March 12 will offer corporate bonds worth $1.0 million, according to a regulatory filing.
The series D notes will have a term of five years and yield at an interest rate of 7.75%. They will be issued March 14.
The bonds have a PAA- rating from Pacific Credit Rating.
The company will use the proceeds from the issuance to cancel a syndicated loan as well as exercise the option to redeem its preferred shares and finance lending activities.
