Blake Insomnia Therapeutics CEO resigns; successor named

Blake Insomnia Therapeutics Inc. said its founder and CEO, Birger Jan Olsen, resigned Feb. 1 from all officer positions and as a member of the board.

The same day, the New York-based pharmaceutical company appointed Daniel Cattlin to serve as president, CEO and CFO. He was also named a director, secretary and treasurer.

Since 2014, Cattlin has been CEO of Cyberfort Software Inc., a San Francisco-based cybersecurity company.
