Prime Capital fund acquires Norwegian wind development

Prime Capital AG's Green Energy Infrastructure Fund has acquired the under-development 160-MW Andmyran wind farm in Nordland county, Norway, from real estate company Wallenstam AB (publ).

Construction on the project will start soon, asset manager Prime Capital said in an Oct. 16 press release. The wind farm is close to Prime Capital's under-construction Nordlys wind project.

Swedbank Corporate Finance Norway acted as financial adviser to Wallenstam on the deal.
